Asa Pakwheelers, I have a '96 Suzuki Margalla and I want to put some rim tyre on it, I have a spare tyre of 195 / 65 / R15 and 15 inch rims 4 nut, I am concern about rubbing issues and fitment as the current 175/ 50 / 13 look garbage on it.

No it will not fit. max size you can put in is 195/50/15.
If cutting inner fenders are required that would be possible, so with minor cutting would they fit?
Roll the fenders and decrease the suspension travel.
