Do you need it to fix the windscreen in your car or you want it to stick some thing over it like the rearview mirror holding bracket, etc?

You can find any sort of industrial, professional and home use equipment and material from there.
This particular product might be available with Longman rubber seals and o-rings store or at least they might be able to help you in searching this particular item.
Dow-Corning is a much better brand if you can get their products that will be best.
However, if you are unable to search it then don't settle for any cheap local or fake product, in that case I will recommend you to buy Harris RTV silicone sealent in black, that's a great product and guaranteed not to leak under the windshield.
You will need 1 full cartridge for the windwhield along with a caulking gun.

Are you going to perform this job youself? you need one dedicated helper for this.
I have replaced the old windscreen of my car myself with the help of my brother.
Removing the old glass cleanly was an uphill task for us without the use of proper tools but then in the middle we mastered it and where the first half of the screen took us 25 to 30 minutes the rest took hardly 5 minutes.

Iam going to get it done from a installer as i don't have helper. Main thing is i don't want to install the new windscreen with rtv silicone as it doesnot form a strong bond compare to a urethane adhesive which is recomended for this kind of task.
Windsheilds in new cars is an important part of car structure and helps in event of collision. use of proper adhesive will insure that windsheild doesnot fell apart from car.
But here in Pakistan even the 3s dealerships uses RTV silicone.

btw what did you used for removing old windscreen?

bike clutch/ brake steel cable.
Initially I had to search for some soft space where I can pass a thin flat rod through the silicon bead between the glass and car frame like a small flat watchmaker type screw driver etc, so as to make a hole for passing the cable.
The clutch cable was actually too thick and hard so I have to remove few wire strands from it. Then this cable was passed across the hole made earlier. The cable was moved in and out like saw movement and also pushed across to cut through the adhesive layer.
It was actually difficult around the corners but went with a lot ease else where.
