Windshield cleaning

Can someone please tell me how to clean the windshield? I use Chemical Guys Honeydew and Rain X but it makes no difference. I can still see the viper marks (not permanent marks) and other stains on the glass, and it's not going away. I'm hesitant to use a lot of pressure as it may may permanent marks.

I simply use a windshield washer fluid additive and run the wipers and Civic windshield becomes crystal clear.

Tap water with a pinch of good detergent does the job. If in Lahore, try Montgomery road people who fix windshields, they may be able to help you polish/clean it.
