Only those wiper blades are good which comes with zero meter cars.
I’ve consumed a lot of after market wiper blades. No one survives more than an year.
Now I have changed my policy, I just change the rubbers and every year.

New wiper blades were launched in the market under the brand name " goodyear ". I haven't tried em, so I can't recommend them right now. But yea, they looked kinda convincing ( reliable ). And yea, they are universal .... They come with 11 - 12 fittings hooks which can be replaced ...

Change only the wiping rubbers. Don't spend extra money on wiper wings. Silicon type rubber blades are the best.

imho Silicon type rubbers blades works good for Civic only. Have seen them working flawlessly.

BTW, i've used silicone type rubber blades for almost all of my ex-vehicles, but eventually have to shift back to original one which are Mettalic.

Why's that sir ? Is it because of the glass type ?!? Only civic supports silicone rubber blades?!? My customers have quite a different experience. Most of em, just prefer to stick to silicone refills. Some prefer the graphite ones, meh !

I shared my own experience only and I guess the angle of the windshield matters too.
Civic seems like having windshield fixed at 45 angle.
While most of the Toyota’s I kept (Crowns, LC, Prado, etc.) had 60-65 degree angles. (These are not correct angels but just my idea). Hence in my ex-rides silicone wipers doesn’t clean well and they always leave some water marks on the shield. However, the mettalic blades which are ofcoarse heavier than silicon ones, works good and wipe very well AS PER MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.

Just like Silicon hose pipes last much longer as compared to regular rubber pipes. Same goes to wiper blades too.
