Wiper blades streak/haze

Recently changed wiper blades but upon usage the wipers tend to leave whitish streaks / haze which disappears seconds later. What might be the issue or is it normal?

Wiper blades leaving streaks

I have recently changed the wiper blades but upon using, they tend to leave whitish streak which disappear on its own after a second. (I don't know if there are classified as streaks or not) but can someone plz help and is it normal?
