Currently renting in Bahria Town Phase 8, hoping to purchase house in DHA valley. Would like some advice.
Any issues to be aware of?Is there internet, gas, electricity etc. available there?

It is far away from both Pindi and Islamabad. Actually the place is Kallar Syedan.
I think Transworld is providing internet facility. Electricity is also there. Don't know about gas.
A better approach is to pay a visit to the place first.
