Would this damage tyres?

So a couple years ago, I was doing good in freelancing and managed to get myself a car (used 2007 cultus). fast forward to now, due to unexplainable chaos in my life Im back to doing a 9-5 and barely meet the expenses. I have not been able to fix my car's issues for last 5 months due to vicious cycles of expenses and its standing idle in the garage ever since (it doesn't start and some other engine issues). So the main question is , for how long I can keep it like that ? does it do any harm to the tyres ? although I disengage the handbrake every week and roll it a little to change tyre position. Tyres are NEXEN radial (175/70)

if you dont want to push the car even
put bricks under the car. and shift weight on bricks

i used to take care of a parked car which developed bubbles due to constant static weight
learnt it the hard way
