I Recently buy new car and apply for registration now car registration details is available online on mtmis website and also the Smart card is showing online on website but ghe problem is my name spelling is incorrect like on my Id card its (Ahmad) but on smart card it's (Ahmed) + address is 9/366 but on vehicle registration card its (3/966). Is there any issue that i face in future+ is is there anyway to correct all the data?

Same happened with me by Islamabad excise. On my address they wrote soad instead of soan. But i let it slide. Couple of months ago punjab driving license delivered license without picture and signature was also of someone else rest everything was correct. Now I don’t have time to go and correct it.
Yes. There is a form for that. You fill that and submit it to excise
