hey guys i'm looking to buy a toyota mr2 model 1986-1989 i.e the MK1 model. i tried searching the used cars section but only found one in bad shape, i'm considering it but its restoration will be a hassle. so if anyone is selling or knows any for sale i'd love to hear about it. thanks in advance

also does anyone know of areas in pakistan where these cars exist?? like junkyards, used car dealers anything??

black one near kfc dha spotted recently. havent met owner in years

there is a white one usually in garage seldom seen.

this is going to be expensive to buy in Pk because of ban on 80's cars

This is the purple one you are talking about................its in lahore completely restored with original bumpers and repainted , engine is also swapped with 3sgte turbo intercooler. My friend owns it its mighty fast

there is only one mr2 mk1 in lahore this is the same car which was black in 2010

i will try to get recent pics from him if you want to see it , its not for sale by the way.

lets see when i will take a trip to lahore

the car is very sound mechanical and body wise just some rough edges it drives fantastic it has the old suspension replaced with adjustable coilovers and interior has been imported from salvage specialist in uk

i will get u pics when i will go to lhr

he changes cars alot so you never know maybe 1 day he wants to sell it.

well many potential buyers arent mr2 fans. they just want a sports car that costs 3 lacks :-p
u'll see what i mean if u checked the used car page and see the yellow mr2. its a shame how its been destroyed

that yellow one was for sale in 2009 i have checked it , at that time it was in OK restorable condition the demand was 2.5lac

after that someone tried to act smart and dipped it in fiberglass now you see the result is a total disaster

the demand is still 2.5lacks... on the phone when i was asking details he said its been made like a ferrari sport and interior was also like a ferrari hence i didnt even bother to go see the car.
