XLI 2010 radiator cooling fan not working

Xli raditor fan is not switching on even temperature gauge stays in middle or cross half point. I checked the water coolant sensor and fan ecu both are working. Car ecu not cutting the power in RFC cable or fan ecu signal cable. Please help!

Check the ECT sensor.
