I like Corolla because corolla is far far better then City but city has Abs its better feature but corolla is more spacious

city: performance of city is way better then xli nd very quick pick' better handling road grip

rolla:rolla is bad at performance , no fast pick 'handling aint gud plus road grip is not that much even with wider tyres profile

city: way better braking with abs

rolla: brakes are crap

exterior

city: front is very much impressive but rear sucks

rolla:front is not that much impressive but still from exterior i will rate it over city

interior

city: city interior is of pathetic quality ,very bad , gear lever look like cheap plastic golf ball . panels are not good also

rolla:rolla interior is quite better then city ,nice combination , good gear lever plus centre console.panels are also good as compared to city

speedometer:

city : dails of city is very much impressive nd nice colour too

rolla:dails are good but city take the leads here

comfort

both are equall comfortable no major difference

conclusion:

in the end i will rate city over xli anyday much better features then xli nd price is also low then xli ,only draw back is interior qaulity of city

i rate city it has 97 hp and rolla (xli, gli) 84 hp and still rolla's milage is less than city

xli and gli is much much gud looking comfortable than city...u guys r realy rigid abt city..first u drive both then go for comparison..i ve both cars nd found gli better than city and it has no comp with city.2009 city is ugliest car in history of city.thats it....so guys stop rigidity and be flexible abt cars..be nutral...it vi give u more knowledge...

yar this is a great effort to help ppl in deciding...the prices r rediculously close now nd ppl are often confused about the choices...but yes,anyone who wants luxury,comfort,performance nd pleasure of driving wud chose city any day....nd those who like to have just resale can buy xli or gli...no offence meant to anyone

@ahsansunnypk : bro i also own gli & city & therefore i posted the review.....firstly,no sensible person can say that xli is better than city as u can even see this thread only 3 or 4 people said that xli is better than city.... Many factors have already being discussed y city is better....i request u to go through the thread....now coming to gli, gli is a gud car with more comfort than city but performance wise city is better....the price difference b/w these two cars is alot which makes many people not to buy it & hence the competition again goes to xli & city....in this case city undoubtedly takes the lead

well I think 09 Honda City has sexiness to its drive and behaviour, but 09 Corolla is boring rigid and has a mind of its own,

what proper driver would like the car to not behave as you'd like, it's all all all all about the pleasure of driving dear friends...
