Fuel Tank Cleaned

Prime Up The Fuel System....(Fp To b+)....

Jumper Auto Gear Parking Point From Wiring(Auto Gear Wiring)

Crank And Bingo....It Live Right On 1st Crank.....!!

For Now.....The M/T Was A Big Change Over Auto.....Running Very Light And Strong....!!

Tomm i.e Sunday...Will Inspect The Whole Things And Will Tune It Up More...

hmm must hav also checked piston rings as ur car 150k kms driven tht too wth Satiya Nos.Adjusting valveclearance do help a lot.thank to Honda.

Just one test if you can do and tell me the result:
When engine is warm and idling, block the IACV hole with your finger, see if engine dies completely or not. Can you do that?

rings Are All Perfect I Checked Physically And Compressions......!!

rings Won't Need Any Replacement.. Cylinders Were Showing No Signs Of wear And I can See Honing Marks....!

IACV Hole Which Makes Way IN TB??? Fitting Is All There And After All That Khuari....I Am Not Even Feeling Like Opening engine Bay

So I Will Check It Later.....As I Remem.......My Mechanic Did That When We Start It And It Drops IDLE Quiet Much But Didn't Die...!

Yup thats the hole. the one just near the throttle plate (at the bottom of TB). You can feel the air going into it from there...

So when you blocked it, the engine didn't die? How much do you think did the idle drop?

One more thing: has the throttle stop screw been tampered with on your engine's Throttle body?

Yes It Was Before...For CNG Purpose Someone Did I Guess...

When Adjusting TPS I Reverted It Back Very Close To OEM As Idle Is Almost Near 1000....Matched Readings To Spec ...

It Should Be 900-950

So your idle rpm is 900? Doesn't it come down to 650-700 or something like that? Which ecu are you using?

No It Never Drops Down That Much...! Mine Is 1.6 Gli S.E From I.M.C....I Have OEM 4AFE ECU Came In I.M.C AE101...

RPM SHould Never Drop Down Past 750.....If It Did......Your IACV Might Need Cleaning...!!
