There is no difference between the two mate. Personally I prefer the black one. Grey might be better as it absorbs less heat.
Don't push the bike until you complete the run in period.
Do your first oil change earlier than recommended
Always use fuel from reputable pumps and genuine oil.
Get a tracker for your bike
Put a cover over your bike if you want otherwise don't
Also put a cloth or something near your fuel tank cap when the pump attendant is pouring fuel because the 2-3 drops that fall on your tank will kill your clear coat.
Also buy a good helmet. Never cheap out on safety gear.
