I dont know what you call perfect, but what I saw as work was weird. e.g. he used hard curing anaerobic compound to seal the crankcase. Who does that (you are supposed to use a soft curing compound like Threebond 1104 or permatex 2 on it) He jetted the carb and widened the reeds that the bike only could perform at high revs and the engine lost all torque and heated like it had fever, The clutch basket had disarranged plain plate notches that made the bike vibrate
I repaired and rebuilt my own RX115 and believe it or not, started cold with choke pulled on first kick spin - started hot with no choke, revved smooth as silk, used oil at the rate of 1 litre every 500 or so kms (depending on how wide I opened it) and returned me 28 km/lit and had 165 to 170 psi compression till I sold it nearly a decade later, It had only used 3 clutch overhauls and 3 chain/cog sets - and of course one battery
It never asked for a spark plug or exhaust port cleanup or a barrel decoke - it was always clean inside out, and never blacked out or shorted a spark plug. It always had a brown plug
It was a bike on which you hop on kick start it to life and ride anywhere you please
