well not really... but have extremely good experiences with yb-100 (1982/jap assembled) & dt-100/enduro (1975/jap assembled).

one thing i remember clearly that back in 1986 rx-115 (jap assembled) used to sell for pkr 18500.00 brand new.

buying a CDI in Karachi and installing it in a bike which is in Lahore. Is not a good idea:::

What if the CDI do not perform well ???

getting it back replacing it, hassle of going to the kabaria again getting a new one .............xyz and ...xyzzzzzz.

Also: ift the clutch box made noise when installed in your bike cause each engine after all these years have made its own line and length of ware and tare,
***Current coils can be checked here no question in that.

The CDI and Clutch Box thing only fessible if I take the bike with me than and there check which box or CDI is working good with this bike and I get it changed.

The exterior condition of your bike does not tells me that all this needs to be replaced.

do not know either you have ABUSED her that much that the CDI and CLUTCH Box is gone

Definitely not ... i have not abused my bike... and the clutch box and CDI are working fine... just to add some power i was thinking of them... but not necessarily required them...

once i bought rx115(used but like new) back in 1989 only in 20k.....
what was that bike..........but sold out by my father after one year....
my love for rx115 was develop due to my friends elder bro....he also had rx115 for races......

After replacing the con. rod for how much KM i have to do the running of my bike... ???

coz i recently installed crank+con rod......before installin my bikes piston was runnin excilent and soundless in original cylinder.....
but after installation rod ki aawaz to muk gai per rod tight honay ki wajha se piston khadak gya......lol

@kamran sorry bro i missed ur last call.....my son (ali ashhad) use to listen poems on my mobile while getting sleep......at that moment wanted to attend but suddenlly the bettry was empty......
and also missed one thing more due to some family apointments....my bro in law,s bro came from saudi arabia after 2.5 years.....with a tag of (HAJI SAHIB) we all were gathered there....anyway do it next sunday.....thanks

yesterday evening when i got free....tried to fix my bikes carb problems....so i went to rwp and bought some lil parts of carbi....like original join from original used carb, a main jet with higher #190 and also a lil #main jet of 120....

actually i have three carbs the middle one in the pics was fit in bike when i bought it...it was in worst condition and giving me the avg arround 16km/ltr....lol
its pilot(slow jet) was fitted with some alteration(cutted in half),needle wasnt also original...thats why i did off it and bought (used) carb from lhr a year ago,(in pics first one from left) it was in good condition and did give me the avg arround 28km/ltr but it had also a problem.
bike doent start at cold....it was a exhausting situation for me....lol
then i had a visit to swat and bought another one (shown in pics right one first).its also a original carb.....
after getting exhausted in lot of numbers i took decesion to put third one on.....but when its installed its also had a prob oh my GOD......
its used to show over at all time and the sound of bike wasnt also goo and the avg was 20.......isnt it pain full???

by the grace of ALLAH i have fixed these 2 carbs.....
what was the problem? i m gonna tell you
the 2nd one which i bought from lhr has a original needle,pilot jet,main jet and the problem was its NEEDLE TUBE..... its some holes were closed and a rubber washer which sets between needle tube and main jet was also missing.....
i changed the needle tube and did install a rubber washer into it...then istalled it on bike and the first start was by three kicks at midnight.it had 165#main jet but now i have changed it to #120 (lower the # lower the fuel)
and today when came to office the first morning start was at first kick.
it was giving me a smooth ride at even or odd speed and the throttle response is also excelent.........
