If these jerky bumps sounds a little tik tik sound then possibly it will be the sound from main steering bolt loosness plz make sure it is tightened at standard strength. If it feels like it comes from the wheel then it may be the wheel axle to be tightened.
One more thing when next u visit the workshop ask them to check the whole front Assembly bolt to bolt sometimes factory's fitting left some loosen bolts or something else by recheck them helps alot.

Overheating may be due to high idle rpm....adjust your idle rpm between 1000-1100....I also faced this heating problem in the start

Today I drove from Isb to lahore and I just don't have words to express my trip. It was amazing and so comfortable with superb fuel average. Suspension, seat and initial response of this bike is extra ordinary. I am loving it. Still couldn't use to understand gear pattern but I am trying to learn it. Road grip and control of this bike is so remarkable. No vibration no skid like poor Honda 125.

Yes slight difference may occur but its not that much i hope. Mixture will be adjusted according to new exhaust and it will be fine. Sound of ybz is awsm but i love the silent mod of ybr. I ll share my experience after exhaust change. 1 thing more the engine is same as ybr and m switching to orignal ybr exhaust muffler. I saw and listen a ybz equiped with orignal ybr muffler at iqra autos and i really loved it.

Some body on face book group told me the more u drive ybz it will be more smoother. And really its a joy to ride thia bike on long tours. Best part is that, this bike required less gear shifting like if ur slowing down from 60 to 20 or 30 u can regain momentem in 3rd gear. Comfirt is fabulous.

I just want to share fuel average of my YB 125z black colour. I filled up the tank from Isb G11 in 700 in which I got almost around 10 litre petrol. Less than 10 litre. I came back lahore by Gt road and went straight to mcload road for first tuning at 1500km. Now today again I filled up my tank in 620 rupee. Total odo was done 360 km in 8.5 litre. In which more than half litre taken out from mechanic during tuning. Anyway I will assume 360 km in 8 litres which shows that its fuel average is around 45. Its just amazing and I am speechless as I drove very harsh sometimes during this trip. Fuel average is just amazing. Yamaha rocks. Honda sucks.

I got fuel avrg of 45/ltr on my trip to bhorban murree. In local travelling avrg is around 38 to 40.

Abi tk tu user manual follow kr rha hon 1st at 1000.
2nd at 3000. 3rd will be at 6000 k.m
But after that i will tune the bike myself m collecting tools for that purpose.

Still it's average is exceptional on local too. Honda never exceeds above 30 in local routes as I maintained a Honda 125 for more than two years. Tuning should be done between 1000 to 1500 because its tappet gets lose and also clutch and exceleration wires need to be oily for smoother function otherwise it will make your hands painful.

Yes i have been a hondian for years 2005 to 2015. Agree with u for fuel avrg of cg. And cg requires more maintenance. I tell u after 4500 k.m i just tighten the front breaks of my ybz this shows the quality of parts. And i ussally drive in crowded roads where breaks r used more.

Also one more thing I noticed in YB 125z that we can cruise it easily on 80 means we can maintain this speed while in Honda 125 we cannot cruise that junkie above 60 or 70.

Ur observation is quick man. I noticed this after driving almost 4k. In 4th and 5th we can easily cruise at 80.

I also changed oil yesterday and use same oil recommended by Yamaha. Mechanic said that it's life is around 2000 km. I would say that don't do any kind of experiment by using liqui moly or any other xyz brand. Just stay stick with Yamaha. It will never disappoint you.
