These meter r made by Alsons and seriously these should be checked on gps. I will do the test and post the results here after ramzan.

Awais bhai, this engine is air cooled. When the air outside has high temperature, it will not be able to cool down the engine, hence engine will heat up. And because the exhaust is not coated black as in cg125, so maximum heat is released from the engine. I agree with the mechanic that it is normal

Serious Error with meter

Engine max Rpms are 12000

In video bike is not going above 10,000 Rpms

Now doing math

Fifth gear ratio:0.875 is

0.875x10000=8750

87.50km/h is maximum speed of this bike according to math

If bike Rpms goes to 12000 in Fifth gear then this bike can be able to do this

0.875x12000=10500

105.00km/h will be max engine output

If you have noticed, the meter of YBZ is different than YBR,
1. Speed is now limited to 120, YBR its 140
2. RPM meter is clamped to 10k RPM max, No Matter what you do, the needle never get pass the 10k RPM even if you feel RPM has increased
3. Their is a calibration issue with every analog meter. Test it with GPS speed and GPS show offset of few KM/H

Moreover speed also depends upon tyre size and tyre to gear ratio. Use the following formula to calculate top speed

Bro meter is different but both bikes engine is same to same

It can cross 120km/h limit in video needle is crossing going to 125km/h

Bro in 4th gear RPMS needle is crossing to 10k limit see video carefully

Bro my bike,s RPMS crosses this 10k limit they goes nearly to 11k in 5th gear

I think every bike,s engine can goes to its max RPM limit in last gear

First of all its need healty engine

2nd its need very accurate valves adjustment+mixture setting

Bro according to math & as per gear ratios of yamaha company calculation is 100% ok

You can confirm it through GPS use 2,3 different applications you will find accurate results

Bro tyre size+gear ratio every thing is calculated from company its a complete engineering

Now the issue of spare parts is emerged. Last week a car hit me from behind I fell on the road and my new bike ruined...

Side Mirror, Foot rest and speed meter is damaged. The car hit so hard that foot rest broken instead of bending. By the grace of Allah I was safe with only some bruises. Fuel tank was saved due to guard road installed. I would suggest all member must to install guard road it will save the bike as well as you in case of accident

I am looking for these simple spare parts but these are not available. Dealer says "Karachi se mangwane parain ge". Still waiting for them

That's due to 18 inches rear wheel, butterfly carb, more weight, larger wheelbase.

Bht afsos hoa yar apka nuqsan hoa. Pr Allah ka shukkar hy u r not seriously injured.
Parts are avaialable in rawalpindi but i dnt know exactly whole range of parts is avaialable or not. But dealer said sb mil jy ga.
