Bhai 2.5 mixture py tight tappet noise karey ga speed myn because it doesn't get the fuel it requires I think. You must have to lose your intake tappet.
Anyway, I myself open the carburator today just to access mixture screw as it is installed at ackward position which you cannot access without some special tool. I wasn't having the tool so I opened it up to check its setting. Now I couldn't asses that where it actually is set by new mechanic, so I tightened it up and then start losing it 2.5 times or little less than that like I rotated the screw 360 degree two times and then almost 45 to 50 degree more. After this I opened up my tappet and 0.8 gauge is hardly getting inside intake valve.
Unfortunately, I wasn't having 8 size key to open the rock arm bolt. I mistakenly purchased 6 and 7 number key. Now I will return that today and get 8 number key to lose both tappets as I want more valve clearance at both sides. Personally, I am thinking to adjust it first at 0.12 for intake or minimum 0.10 for intake while 0.15 for exhaust. Since I have adjusted mixture setting, I am also hearing tappet noise at high speed and it sounds like that it requires more clearance.
Intake valve kabhi sound hy. Exhaust valve doesn't make much difference but we must have to keep it at higher level than intake.
As I have visited and tried so many mechanics so far and I can go to one of them again to restore my settings but now I just decided to do everything by myself first and if it works correctly then it will be better to take tappet and carb care at home.
