Appreciate your response bro. Firstly this bike isnt anything like the usual bikes that are available for sale in Pakistan. Its in immaculate condition and has hardly been ridden. Another important factor, relating to engine performance and longevity, is the breaking in of the bike's engine ( aka engine running ). alot of people here dont pay too much attention to this and rev the bike to its limits immediately after getting their hands on it and thus shortening engine life and deteriorating performance. But this bike has been precisely maintained uptil now.
Secondly, it has alot of accessories to go with the sale, just to name a few,

very nice bike...bro u must have maintained it but u must see here the market is not that much high as much u demanding plus we dont have a set market in pakistan

on capital motors 2 hubusha were present.....one 2005 demanding 10,00,000 and 2006 demanding 11,00,000...and its like year back

so my advise will be to lower yr price ...its way to high

i agree that the prices were what you have mentioned a year ago, but as of now, due to devaluation of the rupee, prices have gone up. And quite recently a 2006 hyabusa was sold for 1,300,000. Therefore I am going to stand firm on my demand, with a little margin of negotiation. Thanks for the advice though!
