Assalam Alaikum,meray paas YB 100 hai us kee speed 50 KMs say zada kro tu bike buhat shor krnay lagti hai aur aisa lagta hai jesay bs is say zada engine kee capacity nai aur woh max RPM par pohanch gaya ho . laikin mainay doosri yb 100 chalai hain woh tu 90 tk mazay say jaati hain. mechanic ko dikhai us nay kaha aap ka carburator CRLF china ka hai aap original japani carburator lagwaen tu speed banay gee but mujhay lag raha hai k ring piston khatm hogaey hai aur usay change krnay say masla hal hojaey... YB 100 users please guide what to do....Jazakallah.
Ek dam race dena sa bike vibrate krti hai? Or siraf rpm increase hota hai or speed nae right?
haan vibrate krta hai aur 45+ par buhat zada shor machanay lagta hai aur pickup bhee kam hai doosri Yama k muqablay may.... maximum 60-65 tk he jati hai speed aur piston bhee jaam hogaya aik do baar is speed par garam ho k...
Change the clutch plates....your bikes clutch plates are worn out.
clutch plates bhee change krwai thee jab restore kiya thaa
Try swapping the carburetor with orignal one.. From some other bike and check if the problem gets solved.! If it does then try sourcing the orignal carburetor.
Is your bikes oil pump circuit working Or you add oil in fuel tank?
Don't it makes tak tak noise at it's maximum?

Haha not talking about that noise actually when play comes in piston then it start making knocking type noise at it's maximum speed and when you accelerate further noise increases....without any increasing speed or pickup.
yes you are right tak tak sound occurs and when accerelate then it only makes noise
then check the piston...it's 2 stroke damn easy to work on.
hmm mera bhee yehi khayal hai but mechanic says k piston say pick aur top speed par fark nai parhay ga... chalo change krwa k dekhtay hain
pehla head open kr ka check kr loo play hai ka nae.
YB ka head open karna konsa masla ha koi bhi krr sakta ha..Uskey 4 nut kholo aur head alag. Phir piston ko check kar lo play ha ya nahi. Nut 11 ya 12 mm k hon gy.
12mm ka or sath 2 silencer ka.
Nope silencer ka aik hi round sa nut ha. Jo uss k collar pe jata ha.
han sorry vo cylinder ka sath hota hai.
