Waaliqum Asalam sir. The meter can be purchased from Yamaha Service center that is located in same street just 1 shop ahead. Top case of meter is also available separately if that's broken. If meter mechanical parts are damaged then you can either get it replaced or repair from market on main road. You need to ask there Meter Repair wala. I don't know his location.
Same Yamaha center will fix your Headlight may be just some clip detached in it. Firstly i advise to go to denter/ Accidental repair shop, he will also repair the ring or again you can get a new one.
