Hi Guys, My byke carb was not performing well despite of cleaning it many time. so i bought a carb cleaner. I opened the carb removed the rubber parts sprayed it and fitted the carb again. Byke was again bogging, so i started the bike and sprayed it in every hole behind the carb in airfilter side. so the cleaner of-course went in the air cut of valve diaphragm and after 2 minutes it was ruined.
I was very stressed out it was not available in the region so i decided to fix it my self. As a new carb was expensive to me and didnt worth it to throw the old heart of my byke. i decided to operate on its own heart.
I bought tube of a tire cut it in round circles to seal the air cut of valve. one big circle and 2 small circles. 2 small circles will be placed on top of each other.
Removed the ruined cut of valve completely. just placed the big round rubber in its place and 2 smaller ones on top of a air passage which is going to engine side of carb.
it is solved the issue 100% with perfection.
