YBR 125G Orig Book available but file lost

Hi everyone. i am second owner of ybr 125g. today posted ad and deal went final as bike is in very good condition. i then came to know that return file is also required along with original registration book. i don't have return file, checked my belongings, everything. i don't have it. Is is mandatory to transfer ownership? what options i am left with?

I shall assume that you had got the original file when you purchased the bike because without file bike registration would not have transferred to your name. If the file was with you earlier it is playing hide and seek with you, give your best try to find it first. If it is lost or stolen then check the process with your concerned excise office. You may have to file a report with police and then apply for duplicate papers from Yamaha, which itself would be a difficult task. Never lose the original file.
