YBR-G 125 Rear wheel gets hotter

I have bought a new YBR-G and noticed that when I come back home after some driving, the rear wheel gets very hot whereas front wheel is normal.
Is it normal in alloy-rim wheel??????

Nope. Check your Tyre pressure and see if the rim is heating up, are the bearings properly greased?

Stock Tyre pressure for rear tyre shouldn't exceed 33 psi

yes rim and alloys are heating up

heating means friction. I've been riding a YBR-G for over a year an a half and my wheels dont heat up. As far as rubber is concerned, a little heat does help get the tyres get sticky and gain grip. If it's heating up a lot, show it to a mechanic and he'll open and re-align your wheels and rubber.

I'm owning 2021 model ybr g and facing the same issue. It is getting too much hot even after 3 4 km ride. Untouchable hot. Showed it to 3 mechanics of yamaha authorized dealerships. Everyone opened up everything and according to them everything is fine but issue still persists. I don't ride with foot on rear brake. Please help.

When i put on double stand, rear wheel is moving freely.
I tried using front brake only, then the rear rim dosent heat. But when using rear brake even a little bit, the back rim heats alot that you cant even touch it. Is it some problem in rear brakes ?

use quality brake pads also y6ou need to use 70% front brake and 30% rear to stop this bike

Its a new bike, so it have yamaha orignal genuine brake pads from company.
Are there any othet better quality ones available ?

try changing brake shoes, geniune parts doesnt always mean top notch quality parts
