Exactly! Cassette adapter is good for best sound quality. I too have TDK rotting since 15 years. Will check if they are still good then will get them recorded.

what about this setup i m using.
a desi usb device attached with the stock one. kenwood 6909 speakers at back with spacers while the oval shaped (stock), i have placed them in front. there is space for 4" circular speakers but somehow managed to fit and wiring is already present. A woofer box(one that i was using with my laptop ) is also placed in the space between back seat and cng cylinder..this woofer is attached with one of the speakers....beleive me i m getting awesome sound and that too without any amplifier

sony are good for front.no idea about the price though

usb was put in by electrician.....u need to spend some bucks

bro no wiring diagram is needed, the electrician will charge you max 500 including everything and will fit this usb system in ur pre

i recently installed this desi usb set up in my cultus for just Rs. 550 including labor it comes with a remote control and sound quality is good i will recommend it if you want to go for this
