Great to have you here. keep an eye on cooling system to avoid further blown gasket issues

The heat needle stays in the middle, going through the forum i learned that many other folks woth blown gaskets had the same issue with the temp needle, it never went beyond middle. Is it an inherent issue ? How to resolve that. Currently the temp valvue is removed. Does it had anything to do with reading temp.

Sorry guys i was away and the car was parked for 10 days almost .
Started her today and noticed that hell amount of black carbon is being emitted from the silencer ( this was also there before as i was experiencing a very bad mileage)
Now carburetor needs a tuning ,
Brake pads are gone , need new ones ( suggestions required for which brand to go for )

I'm also thinking about changing the tires , i'm thinking about going to 165/70/13 as 175 seem too wide to me , the orignal size is 155

These one you bought for 1100 are actually priced for 850 i guess or somewhere around it
Disc pads the ones in red card and transparent plactis holding pads are the good ones that should be around 1100

use frixa brakepads.....try carburetor cleaner in float bowl vents

I was thinking for AGS GL 50 (11 plate 40amps) but then I think it may be bigger for cultus alternator.. any thoughts?

Other option is GL 48 (9 plate 38amps).

i will recommend u to go for 90AH exide or AGS,just change your terminal to crocodile clips

Dear brother i saw both , the 1100 ones and 850 ones , there was a great difference in quality of the leather.
I knew someone would definitely ask about it , the new packing of Both yellow(850) and blue (1100) is same now , you're definitely right , it used to come in different packing earlier

I ordered it from Aliexpress and it was priced around 5.5$ .
The voltmeter shows the live voltage that is running in the car , or you can say all the battery voltage is diplayed here
It also changes accordingly as when car is not started it shows around 12.3 volts and goes to 14 while driving
