Rozz bhai , it sort of works , if not then still its enough to put the thieves away as they'll think it will take time to break
the steering of cultus gets locked like bigger cars and hence this one provides a backup in case anyone opens the steering lock by putting a duplicate key in ignition

Yar jaha marzi lga do , dekhnay me acha lagta he , plus its convenient to open and close .

And same kind of lock saved our cultus 08 once , the clutch pedal got bent plus the steering assembly was also disturbed , but the thief was not able to break the lock . so more or less, its good for me atleast

Dear brother take a close look at th carburettor and see if all the pipes are connected or not( venturi pipes etc)
If yes then there's also a possibility that your car is continuously running on auto choke .
Yes it happened with me , the car's setting was totally out and the auto choke was escorting the rpm .

Also let me know if the radiator fan is direct or not.
