Dear brother take a close look at th carburettor and see if all the pipes are connected or not( venturi pipes etc)
If yes then there's also a possibility that your car is continuously running on auto choke .
Yes it happened with me , the car's setting was totally out and the auto choke was escorting the rpm .

Also let me know if the radiator fan is direct or not.

The car is running on auto fan with t-stat valve. I will check the pipe connections to carburetor. And as of now, the rpm gets very low and shaky on cold start i.e. at about 300-400 rpm and I have to press on race to keep it from shutting down. After engine gets warmed up, rpm becomes stable at 800 rpm.

cabin insulation with jumbolon, felt a real difference driving in traffic Floor will be done later on,but guys please suggest some good good sound deadening material for the hood since can't use jumbolon as it flammable

Awesome work Khayyam , i'll do the same after getting the rear left door repaired as it will be a nightmare for the denter to access the metal sheet for removing the dent .

For bonnet why not try any sound deadening material from some old car's hood ?
