Brother on local its around 12-13 max as there is hell lot of traffic in lahore
While on long i recently did a trip to faisalabad and i spent just 800 rupees of petrol while coming back ( it consumed around more than a half talk while going because i got stuck in 5 hour traffic jam near bhikki )

carb can do 17 easily, maybe the mixture needs adjustment might be running too rich

What was the speed at which you travelled mostly? What is the size of tyres? Were they inflated right or the air was less? How many persons were in the car?

Start the car and take a look at the silencer , its its emitting black smoke then get the carb adjustment as car is running rich on fuel

Carb can do this figure but one has to be very careful about getting the desired average .
Carb adjustment, air pressure in tyres , number of passengers and driving style also matters

60-80km/h
dont know about tyre size, they are tubeless and alloy rims are installed. air pressure was slightly less. 5 person in car
No car doesnt give black smoke. but on first run in morning it give white smoke for like 2 3 seconds.
carbourator was serviced. mechanic told me to come back after 200km for adjustment but i was busy and didnt go. but plugs are red. is it still possible car running rich on fuel.
