my car does makes these sounds like the bigger cars (corolla etc) , although sometimes i get irritated but it saves me from trouble of forgetting the keys in the car ..
i have already discussed the issue of gear voice after 30km/h above and members suggested me to check gear oil levels yesterday i went to get it checked and yup the oil level was low and i had to pour 1ltr to cover the deficiency but the sound is still there whenever i press the accelerator voice comes from gear box and it goes as soon as i lift my foot up now suggest what i should do now
Dear brother , the gear oil level doesnt go low unless ( there is a leakage, you get gearbox work done etc) i bet there must be some leakage due to which the gear oil level went low,does the sound comes continuously after 30km/h ?
yes i got clutch plate replaced last month and at that time gear box was also removed so the level may have dropped at that time and the chir chir type sound starts after 30km/h and increases with pressing the accelerator and stops when i lift the foot
Wow... its mouth watering but what about quality and price? is it chinese? I may also search combination spanners from next months budget as I only have open type for now.
I remember someone with same issue was asked to check the rattling of 5th gear...
what is meaning of term "Rattling" and how can it be checked
Does it keep making sound if you forget key in ignition after turning off engine?
Also as told already that I found accidentally that my car has non-functional central locking which revived by wd-40 sprays and cleaning of doors. Its now functional from driver side lock/unlock buttons but I am sure there will be a remote for this too...right? so can I get a spare remote from anywhere in Lahore?
bro will u explain again the problem you are facing....are you facing irritating noise at cold startup or only after 30kmph..Does it ever go away by any means??sound starts in which gear.Also how is sound at idle
@nasirjavaid bro beep sound is working well in my car too.yes sound comes after switching off engine, but only after opening gates and a long beep if parking/headlight remains on after taking out key.
i dont think so there is a remote for it
normally the sound starts coming at the top speed of 2nd gear and it increases as i increase the speed there is no abnormal sound at startup yes it goes away normally when i lift my foot from accelerator padal like i am at 60kmph and a speed braker or anyother object comes coz of which i have to reduce speed when i lift my foot from acc sound goes off and starts coming again when i press the acclrtr pedal

YES! it is mouth watering . and about quality its not chinese, it was some other country i dont remember , and build quality was very much satisfying .. it was priced around 100SAR (dont remember exact price) which is around 2700RS
NO brother , replacement remotes for central locking are not available , you'll have to purchase the whole new set
yes it does make the beep beep bee noises (lol i dont know how to explain it )
Ever heard the term "rattle snake"? ... its somewhat same method which that snake uses to make sound... you can also think as shivering of some thing.
Mine is not working ... Even if I leave key in ignition or keep headlamps on while taking out key, it never beeps...Dear you are mixing 2 things... beep device is separate and remote thing I was asking for central locking.
Wow its expensive ... mine open spanners came in 980RS and 10 sockets in 860Rs.
