I think this is electrical load vacuum switch.
It helps in increasing the rpm when some thing like headlights, ac blower, radiator fan. Is turned onn.

is that also the reason for jerks ? in my carburetor slow race solenoid (kuppi) was missing and when u lift the foot from throttle, engine goes off,
dont know what mechanic did , he said he did something with slow jets, now I feel a little more race at idle , though the rpm is at 1-1200 (on petrol)

what should I do ?

Your carb is badly messed up getting a new one is the best solution IMO

I think he can get the old one repaired economically. As all the parts are available in market.
Instead of getting a new one. Newer would be expensive.

car jerks on petrol but fine on cng
on petrol when you leave the throttle then you can feel little jerks,
is this because of timing ? as when I turn engine off, it shuts after some time ( nearly fine on cng but very late on petrol )
can we adjust timing on our own or special tools/experience is needed ?

took that auto fan sensor switch out, cleaned with sand paper and wd40, it had little rust on surface , now shining clear.
again washed with water and placed back ,
now; I dont feel any major difference, fan still turns on at 80% of gauge
btw I have installed thermostat because of which, now my temperature needle mostly sits in the middle
while in traffic jams etc it gets a little high, reaches 80-85% , fan starts till needle comes to middle again....
is it normal now or I should go for sensor switch change.
btw now I'm using guard coolant (1 liter, rest is water ) , how much liquid, radiator + engine pipes hold btw ?

have you tested it in boiling water?

so today, I inspected my carburetor and saw that vacuum pipes were not installed correctly by mechanic/electrician,
I installed some of them according to that post by agoodfriend. and fell much better at idle..
I'm planning to give my carburetor a service,myself
as in my case I"m missing this slow race solenoid (green wired one, kuppi ),wire is broken and no point left for soldering
I'll get that and tell me one thing, both these wires ( green and red in picture ) are same ? I mean both of them carry same positive current ?

I would advise you not to open your carbeurator your self... Because its inner mechanisms would be difficult to understand and set them right if you are doing that first time.

Just take a can of carbeurator cleaner and spray that in carbeurator throat as instructions written on the can.

And about your last point i haven't got a chance to fiddle with the wires so don't know.

I am using 10W-40 viscosity engine oil, some one suggested me to use 20w-50 to get rid of the white smoke issue as car has clocked more than 80k kms.

So i need an expert opinion on this issue.

Most probably g10b has issue of valve seals blowing.
I think changing to 20w-50 won't work in this case.

that's the issue, agar ye ho sakta ha tu i have no issues getting the seals changed. Most of the mechanic consider this white smoke normal thing and does not bother to give a solution.
