Buy a mehran, its a good enough first car.. cheap to maintain and newer ones with efi have good ac.

anything cheaper would be too old and will break often.
then theres rust issue in khi and considering road conditions the car will be in poor condition.

I think you can find a good 2012 in this budget.

yes just eyeball the shock to ensure it is not a used or repaired one. if it looks good and has the agriauto hologram, its good to go.

I am using same shocks in margalla got all four from a parts shop and it worked out good

i am working on a pressure brake bleeder. if it works out, i can change the brake oil/bleed brakes in 20 minutes on cultus and margalla without pumping

So, got the new agri shock absorbers installed yesterday. ( I checked, they had that silver sticker of Agri autos and are not repaired nor used.)
They felt a little hard, but the mechanic said k ek do din mein normal hojayengay new hein abhi.
Sold the old one for 300. They were completely dead.

300 rs is not good at all. your old ones if not previously messed with were fixable to 80-90% condition

these were never extremely soft to begin with. you cant expect corolla grade soft

A very impessive DIY but honestly speaking, no matter how good Double din player you put into this car , the lower position infront of the gear lever is really annoying , specially for a Double Din touch unit
