My central locking stopped working last month so I decided to do DIY as shops are closed and can't buy new one. Found the ground wire of the locking master motor was broken inside the motor so force opened the motor and soldered new wire and closed motor again with tape as ties were not available...
Working good so far

I did a DIY, an android app with bluetooth and Arduino for remotely locking/unlocking and starting car, including features like AC,parking lights,alarm,chor switch on/off through my phone.
With android head unit I could use my app. So, a push to start button, lock and unlock + other features on my head unit.

I am not in Lahore anymore... shifted to hometown due to lockdown so did this juggar till I get ties from local store.... So far its working good

Next quest is to open up headlight and fix its reflector, clean inside and reseal it properly...
Is putting it in microwave good option or should put in boiling water to loosen up its glue and open it up...?

Do not remember the exact price, but it was between 1600-2000. Can be easily found from decoration shops.(ask for double cup holder).
Ciggerete lighter socket, battery meter were DIY
Also its huge size covers the hand-break a little. so better to go with something like this: Sliding armrest with usb sockets for charging

I have used the oven technique, it worked
Placing infront of the heater also worked for me, but it was time consuming.
Try hydrogen per-oxide for glass cleaning, it can be easily found from chemist shops.

Opening headlights housing was easy but tried my best for opening tail-lights cover, but I broke the glass insted

Thanks bro... any suggestion for how many minutes to place it in oven to avoid melting?
Heater would be tough and need lot of care not to overheat one side and melt it down...
What should be used as for sealing it back.. rtv silicon?

no idea for any specific temperature range, I did for like 45-60 seconds and then checked for overheating or melting, then another 15-20 seconds. Repeated
During tear-down used hair dryer where sealant was still hard to pull.
Yes I used the grey RTV silicon as sealant, so far good.

It was hardware + software based simple system. Hardware included mainly relays,micro-controller and bluetooth module. Hardware can be more compact and enclosed in any plastic box, but I just placed it openly under gear console with removable connector.

Stereo Cut-off (switch to break head unit constant battery current- my Previous head unit was faulty, my speakers produced popping soung even when car was off completely)

Engine kill (chor switch)
Battery status of car
silent or loud mode (that chuk chuk sound with locking / unlocing etc)
car find ( parking lights blinking and chuk chuk sound if loud mode is enabled)

Google "How to control relays or leds from Mobile bluetooth, using arduino" (like home automation)
Once you can control the relay , the other step is to find the wires in ignition lock, one is constant 12v, ground, accessory (half switch) , one for full switch and other for power for coil. Now you can hotwire the car without key or through relay switches ( Check for steering lock )
and obviously you should know the Android coding for the android app, arduino code can be easily found.

Opened headlight, fixed the cracked reflector and made desi lock for adjuster screw as it flew last time when I turned it too much
Reused most of the butyle material along with some rtv and fixed back the headlight with oven method... There is noticeable improvement in light now.

one of my drl ring (angel eyes) wire is broken, Too lazy to remove the headlight and solder it
so removed the other healight drl wire too . lockdown has made me much lazy I guess
