Get its calibration done asap from toyota.
Calibration is required when there is a cvt oil change with a road test.
Put your car in D and then shift to R after 5 seconds, do you feel a jerk/shudder? If so then your inner cv joints are damaged, but Toyota would have noticed this and suggested you to change them at the oil change.
Normal shuddering is only felt on 40-60 when you lift foot and give light acceleration again.
Check its spark plugs and catcon condition. Engine missing can also be mixed up with cvt jerks.
I feel like the fuel is of real bad quality. To kill the affect of bad fuel. Fill up with 20L of hi octane from any company operated site. Could it be a chocked fuel filter, did you change it before? Do this first then go for other things.
