Every donation collector outside any masjid, imambargah shall be crossed checked for genuineness of their documentation. If the documentation is out of your province report it to police immediately.
in past 3 days .. 21 groups of fake charity collectors are nabbed by CID police in Rawalpindi / Islamabad areas. 9 found to be genuine madarssa operating in 20 km radius of Rawalpindi District while 11 were fake with fake receipts from KPK & South Punjab.
Govt is avoiding to advertise this over electronic & social media due to unknown reasons ( read black-mailing by fundos )
Be wise ensure that your zakat, fitra, khairaat and sadqa goes into the hands of right people who manage auditable accounts and answerable to government of Pakistan.
