Zic 3 is a clone of the old dexron 3 formulation which is now obsolete as its owners (General Motors USA) stopped issuing licenses for it long ago.
Toyota TIV however is one of the first generation of highly friction modified atf which was made to cope with partial slippage of the torque converter clutch. (Variable tcc)
Its physical properties are similar to dexron 3, but its friction properties exceed the spec of dexron iiiH .
In short, it will make the car work but the shifting characteristics wont be favourable. In the long run it may cause issues if transmission temperature is regularly at high side.
