If unknown pathetic brands like Infinix can price Infinix Zero 2 (3G, not even 4G) at 18900 (insanely high considering its specs and brand image), then Huawei, being one of the very top smartphone manufacturers can price it higher. Now Infinix Zero 3 is priced at rs. ~21000.

Pricing is more about brand image than specs.

For Pakistani market, Honour 5X is priced very well. Look at the specs of Galaxy J7 (rs. 28000) and Galaxy A3 (2016) (rs. 33000) and then compare with Honor 5X, you will know that its reasonably priced. Metal unibody and fingerprint scanner adds a lot of value.

Another great option, Lenovo K4 Note (AKA A7010, Vibe X3 Lite) is also priced at rs.~29900 here with 2GB RAM and 32GB ROM. Being a Nexus 6 user, you know the charm of having front dual dolby stereo speakers and curved back panel for great ergonomics and k4 note has both of these too!

And what about the processor on the 5x its one of the underrated processor people r saying that it overheats on heavy tasking.

Almost all the reviews about Honor 5x comment about its two major short comings: mediocre camera and mediocre performance.
Personally I would never spend 30k on this.
LG G3 can be had around the same price which is light years ahead in every aspect:

No doubt it has good specs but in Pakistan many people still consider Huawei as a Chinese brand. Now in that range many people will go for J7 due to Samsung's better brand image. Lastly there are many used options as well like LG G4 or Note 3.

PROS for me: Big screen, decent battery timing, slightly smaller than other phablets, great gaming ofcourse amazing camera probably the best in smartphones, S-pen for taking notes ofcourse

CONS: No IR Blaster, no SD Card slot, no removable battery, back is prone to get scratched so needs to be kept in cover, finger print scanner is not as good as expected

I too have note 5. And it's awesome. But what is your opinion?

All is good except for the lack of IR Blaster! Note 4 was my choice coz of that
