HID is a waste of money. You need proper HID reflector else the light will scatter everywhere and not provideaff a good beam. You will only succeed in blinding the incoming traffic. Either get a proper HID reflector (which would be very expensive) or best is to get imported H4 bulbs and use headlight from a Japanese bike. Those who have seen the throw of my gs150 and my gs500 always forget about Hid. A PBC member 7thgear was planning to get HID kit but he dropped the idea after seeing the sun flash in front of my bike
Best thing would be to get a headlight which is metallic and has a glass. Then put a 100w/90 bulb and enjoy rides at night Also upgrade the battery to atleast 7amp. HID is waste of time. And if your bike has dipper, then that 100w beam would be enough to let atleast 100 cars know that u intent to overtake Just ask vickytulla
On the other hand, if you can get a proper HID reflector (probably need to import), then it will have atleast double the brightness of any halogen bulb and lamp.
