clutch plates of my cuore were gone. gotten them replaced few days ago. it took 1 full day. engine was taken out. transmission detached. parts costed me 8000 rs. Exedy japanese kit:5900 flywheel: 2000. labor: 2000. rest nuts and bolts petrol total cost:10,250
during this process some wiring got damaged. blower stopped working. next day i got it checked. AC amplifier was burnt. electrician used a relay instead of it. i saved it. will try to get it repaired sometime or find a replacement. so all cost is 11,500 almost.
still coolant and gear oil change is due. so this was my experience of new clutch in cuore.

But how did old plate stop working?
What was the reason?

old plate was worn out. clutch plates have life, depending on conditions and driving style. if u ride clutch, or engage throttle at high rpm, it will go fast.

Thanks for sharing dear, why the fly wheel was changed. Seems like mechanics are a bit cheap in Sahiwal, in Khi they take 3000 for clutch replacement. did you also get the pressure plate replaced?

fly wheel was changed because once in few days starter motor slipped while starting. it worked on next attempt but as engine and transmission was out, i changed it too. kit contained clutch plate, pressure plate, bearing and seals. i had changed cable last year so it was not changed. now clutch is very light. i got quote from 3 places and they all quoted 2000.

Guys? My cuore auto starts to choke on cng if I floor the pedal. However, light foot provides proper acceleration. What could be the problem? The mech said tappets need to be adjusted but if that were the issue, wouldnt the car do the same thing on petrol. FYI, it runs perfectly on petrol. No drop in acceleration at all

I think gas settings need to be adjusted, thats why petrol is giving right performance. Get the fuel mixture checked from proper cng mechanic.

No idea bro. As far as I think, mixing both fuels would result in poor performance of the car...

was happening to me to once. after few months problem became severe and sometimes petrol supply was not stopping. took to to cng workshop. a solenoid was repaired.

Check cng air blockage and adjust the timing.

Can we completely stop petrol supply to engine? like for CNG, we can turn off cylinder valve, what for petrol?

salam to all my brothers and sisters, my name is bilal and i am planning on buying a coure automatic. my concern about the car is tah t what is its average in city on petrol and cng. also does it hit on speed breakers like those 660 cc cars do mostly even with 2 people .am planning to sell my mira 2006 and buying coure for underpower reason also will the coure engine of automatic be made by normal mechanics as in is there a difference in engine of auto and manual. ur help will be appreciated, thank u in advance.

petrol average of cuore automatic is ordinary. 10km/litre in city. anyway will do better on cng. underpower??? i don't know your standard. cuore auto easily goes to 100 and can pull 4 passengers on slopes. it is enough for a small car. ground clearance is good. no worry about speed breakers. engine of both auto and manual is same. only transmission is different. and in my city sahiwal, mechanics work on auto cuore as on any other car. i hope you got your answers. find a clean ride and you will be satisfied. Few pages back I inquired about the tuk tuk sound from front side of my car, on Saturday I visited Toyota walton motors for oil change, I asked the person there about this problem, when he lifted the car for oil change , he highlighted tha my tow hook was touching the balancing rod because once I hit the steep slope of a shop while taking a u turn.
The mechanic there hit the tow hook with hammer to get it away from balancing rod.
Now Al hum du llilah there is no tuk tuk sound...
