Its great to hear from a neighbor. Hope you are doing well.

Unfortunately, I do not have much detail on the Old Motorbikes the late Ustaad had. I just heard it from him and his sons. No idea where the bikes went or if any were there in the first place. I would not be surprised if he had exaggerated. Or the other possibility of them having been exported out of Pakistan. Many bikes have been exported, Im sure other contributors can shed some light on this sad aspect with first hand info.

Sorry but I was unable to provide you any solid lead on this.

Good to hear from you too Neighbour. I'm well thanks hope you are too. I remember in 2007 when I first posted on this thread pg 130 & 131 and mentioned my R12's and exchanged a couple of messages with you too. Didn't you say a cousin of yours had someting to do with seeing or having an R12? Did you check up on that and any info or pics of R12's or anyother BMW's in Pakistan. Would be interesting to see or hear of them.

the engine is a little bit tight so it is to be driven with care... the steering takes a lot of effort...but for effortless cruising.. heaven... its not a sports car but more of a cruiser.. although it was Alfas most powerful car in its day

lovely car this Alfa. I hope engine is fighting fit now....my Healey's engine also packed up suddenly....will open it today to see what happened. I had put a new crank the last time I overhauled the engine....keeping my fingers crossed hoping no damage done to it.

Missed you at the car show this year....though it was hardly a show. planning another event soon, will inform you myself.
