The Question We Raised Before Is Not Abt How Bad Or Worst Car Or Good Car Is Running....Its ABt How LEAN/RICH It Is....Which Cannot Be Determined By These Factory Unless Until You Measure AFR ..Since Your Car Dont Have O2 Sensor..So It Cannot Tell Anything LIVE on OBD Also As Of AFR...

The exhaust emission test has shown a CO (Carbon mono-oxide) of 0.8~1.2% (Normal Level 0~2%). This shows that the engine is not running lean rather it slightly on the rich side.

I will replace the engine oil (Zic Hiflo) + gear oil (Zic FF) and Coolant (Caltex) this week ( The estimated cost of these fluids is 5000/-) approximately.

That's really good. It must be a relief for you to know that the engine is in good health. From what i have read on these forums the general consensus is that more than 80% of the engines sold as kabli are either dying or half dead and that it is the exception and not the rule to find a good quality engine. That's why these results must be a source of satisfaction for you, especially with the business of the change in the engine variant etc.

i replaced my 1zz-fe motor.. try to rebuild it but didnt worked out for me.. old motor was swapped at 220000km.. this motor was bought from a half cut only 43000km driven motor.. it was complete motor just we left the at tranny and compressor. it is 3zzfe vvti so economy of this engine is phenomenal.. my 1zz was giving me avg of 9-10 in local and 10-11 in long.. this is giving me 14-14.5 in local and 15-16 km in long running it on hobc as other knocks alot.. running on full synthetic caltex oil 5w40 and caltex coolant.

As far as my Experience is concerned I would Recommend to go for Re-building the engine from a well known and equipped workshop,My 2006 Model Hilux Vigo (Thai) engine was nearly dead as it got Over heated and several other issues like poor injector condition and turbo Which aren't Working Properly,After visiting several workshops and consulting with right mechanics,I decided to go for Rebuild with org parts and using some kabli Parts such injectors and Turbo as brand new were quite expensive.

Org Kabli unopened Engine for vigo was costing 250k(from Pindi and Peshawar) and rebuild costed me 280k,Trust me result were quite good and from last year i havent faced a single issue.Kabli Parts are rarely in good condition most of them are repaired.

For engine Prices and further info you can visit this page https://www.pakwheels.com/forums/car...es-peshawar-72 and contact this guy he surely can help you.

The engine is from which car or model? And from where you find the half cut?

    Very good question Haroon

Please also mention details of the re-built and the problem which you forced you to change the engine.
Please also confirm that you are now using Altis Transmission (Toyota Transmission C-52) with 3ZZ FE, VVTI variant.
