MashaAllah bro your Khyber looks much better now and the color really suit the car. I have a query regarding my Khyber; there is a lot of rust in the wiper tray/drain area which needs attention. Did you access this area when you got the car painted? @Xulfiqar if you could please shed some light on this......

To sort out that area - you need to remove the whole dasboard and HVAC unit, remove the front fenders and the wiper linkage assemblies too.

Once the area is rebuilt with fresh metal, make sure you apply some nice primer to it, some basic paint and a lot of cavity wax - there are two slits on either side of the tray that actually drain water into the mudguard cavities, those get plugged with leaves and dirt which causes water to pool in the tray and rust it out.

The other issue is that most Khybers are missing the plastic shield in the mudguard - it has a very vital job to keep the car's metal healthy. Most people dont care at all for it as its not a "finish" part - with it missing a lot of mud and crud gets thrown up there and plugs those drains.

@Xulfiqar bhai wo zara brake master cylinder ka tau bata dien. Go for stock or someother? InshAllah I'll be giving the car to the mechanic this weekend. And while am at it thoray say or questions hein !

Plan is to go for AC with the swap. My mechanic says that agar abi ker lo *** tau kharcha kum aaye ga or agar baad mei AC ka kaam keraya then it'll be very expensive. Abb scene yeh hai k right now AC ka kuch b nai hai in my car. So compressor tau engine k sath aa jaye ga baki cheezon ka bata dien thora. Condenser waghaira ka and anything else that should be kept in mind.

And new swift/liana ka meter lagg jaye ga properly? Don't like the lexus meter that much and I've only seen that one being swapped in the project cars.

Seems like you live in sector C yourself or visit frequently but yeah it's DHA II SECTOR C indeed Street 7 to be exact.

A thread I stumbled upon today. This is something a guy did to his 1994 swift (I am not sure if its the khyber shape of the cultus shape, cos the attachments were not being displayed)

• Upgraded Japanese Swift/Liana twin large rotor disk-brakes, with complete hubs, bolt-on replacement
• Upgraded Disk Brake booster from Suzuki Jimmi with upgraded lines.

But I am guessing this will be relatively expensive and I don't have the budget right now. Will find out what this will cost when I visit sultan ka khoo this weekend.

This is what rozzzz said anywhere people asked about brakes for G15A. What those adjustments are I was unable to find anywhere. If you or anyone else knows what these adjustments are I'd really like to know.

Also suggest if I am to go for an EPS should I get it done with the swap? Don't have the budget for it but if saves considerable cost now then I can maybe get a loan from my parents

Invest money where safety matters most, brakes and suspension, the steering itself is good.

it is doable, you can install an on/off button, in my case the eps does get harder as the car goes faster, something was installed in speedometer for that.

The speedo signal is for the EPSCU to see that the car is travelling on the road and its logic is to reduce assist at that.

Dont do it.

For now the EPS plan has taken a backseat. Better to invest that money in safety features.

I've heard people say that it gets harder as the speed increases. If this speedo signal ensures the steering hardening then can it not be used safely? Waisay I've heard k log ECU k through connections ker laitay hein abb EPS k, is that a rumor ya they talk about this sensor in the speedo?

Sure bro anytime though it looked beautiful, I scratched the left back door along a pillar will post the pictures. Won't be getting it painted atm, cos for now my eye is on the prize and the prize is G15A

So can we not get it connected via ECU? Get that signal from the CPU instead of the speedometer?

Visited Mithu Khan today, the engine will cost 70k maybe with a bit of negotiation the price can be knocked down to 65k

Anyways got G15A cost = 70k negotiations didn't work. Checked and Okd an automatic G15A, jub dukan say nikelnay lagay tau the owner said k there is a manual one as well gudam mei hai, kehtay hein tau wo bhijwa doon ga. We said ok fine send the manual one. Engine daikhay baghair 70k day ker we came back. I was pissed k 1 rupaya b kum nai kia aglay nay. Planned k agar 1 b cheez kum hui engine mei tau ja ker uss k gallay par jana hai

Well it turned out he was a man of his words. Engine looks really good aur saath mei extra cheezein kafi di hein, baki tau abb dall ker hi pata chalay ga k kia scene hai.

check this, got front part of the exhaust system as well, agay say picture nai hai iss ki but this part is complete, so that's good I guess.
