I never used / subscribed to GPRS & MMS services and yet I was billed straight 14 months for GPRS / MMS services. I noticed it only when I reviewed few bills in detail to locate a number which i deleted from phone book by chance, - got refund payment adjustment for 14 months of services which were never subscribed.
I never call help line I write an email to customer care / customer support and send a reminder of same mail as forward message after 2 working days and onwards send it every day till someone fix the problem with email confirmation or visit me in person.

Prepaid or post paid - do not spare them at all. The call cost for off network is 0.10 paisa per minute basic ( taxes are extra ) & 0.08 paisa for same network for every service provider and they charge us ..
