Yes ufone has blessed its customers with the option of stoping spam sms'. I am trying to avail this blessing for the last 2yrs for one of our family number but no luck till date. Called every number provided by their helpline but everytime they advised me to call another number & so on without any fruitful results so far. Ufone people are the real cheap marketing monkeys with no customer care at all. Also beware of their hidden charges & other promotions that are forcefully activated against ur number time to time.

Zong hai duniya ka sab se sasta network.... But only in terms of pathetic call & voice quality with almost sure call drop in every other call u make from zong to zong.... Yes there is a lot of propaganda against chinese products & services but most of the rumours are based on facts.

mobilink's promotional messages are headache. and there's no way to stop them either.

i was a ufone fan for 3 years then switched to zong but now i am using telenor djuice and i found it quite better then the rest no signal issue no network lag no hidden charges!!!!

had it been me,i'd make a big deal in their main office though luckily i dont keep any balance in the sim from which i text except enough for sms package lol
i know i see ufone deducting some balance every now n then but i dont see that happening with telenor,so far so good except for that ton of spam msgs

Such things are done to maintain and manage data load on the network. Mobilink joined the sms package race in the last because they were always concerned about the quality since majority of their revenue came from postpaid connections.

I have personally experienced text messages sent and/or received on ufone network after days of sending them.

its not about spend a little to wish,its what warid did was wrong

As mentioned earlier, it is no more the same Warid that it used to be a few years ago. It is now the Mobilink's "Aur Sunao" group. Haven't you noticed the cheapness & indecency gradually prevailing their all promotional campaigns? During its past, Warid had very decent & sobre TVCs unlike all other cellular operators but now "Teen ka Tarka" & "Glow Dosti" that are among the most chawal TV promos. Just look at the similarity among old mobilink ads & current Warid ads.

Warid did very wrong-a dishonest step, and just to earn bucks-they lost their credibility(Though I am sure bucks earned would be in millions or even more)
I recharged on eid day and after sending messages to my buddies i checked balance... it was Rs 1.64. And I was like :o
