As mentioned earlier, it is no more the same Warid that it used to be a few years ago. It is now the Mobilink's "Aur Sunao" group. Haven't you noticed the cheapness & indecency gradually prevailing their all promotional campaigns? During its past, Warid had very decent & sobre TVCs unlike all other cellular operators but now "Teen ka Tarka" & "Glow Dosti" that are among the most chawal TV promos. Just look at the similarity among old mobilink ads & current Warid ads.

Offcourse...all of this is geared by person heading sales n marketting

i am using telenor djuice, its great for sms packages and FnF calls. But expensive on other networks... At least they dont send annoying messages all the time and my balance has never reduced on its own (unlike other networks who keep cutting credit and you dont even know how unless u make a call and find out they have activated stuff on their own)

edit: telenor also disables bundle packages on such occasions but if you already are subscribed then those user continue to use bundle until expiry has reached

What people at Warid did was not very good as i got no intimation of the packages being ended.

But unfortunately it is the best service available to us at the moment so better stick with it.

Telenor comes close but it does not surpass warid currently.

Same happened with my Dad
Lost all the balance on Eid day even though SMS weekly bundle was activated.
Now Dad's warid number is teleported to Telenor

they do notify that during these dates you cant activate any package
btw seriously u dont get all the spam msgs that djuice n telenor keeps sending,i gets lots of it on djuice sim almost every day

i do get it but not as many as ufone and mobilink i think... on avg its around 4 messages from telenor a day. How many do you get? ill keep a check tomorrow and let you know how many exactly

i got 2 telenor sims in one set,so mine get doubled lol,got 7 msgs in total today which do seem less for today,n that msg never gets old,apka no koi aam no ni hai bla bla sona jeetne k liye abi msg krein LOL
yea ufone also sends alot of msgs,but that no is off from few days so dont remember lol

my personal experience.
bought phone back in 2006.
first sim ufone.
was good but have to recharge card only.
telenor introduced ezelod.
opted for that.
but did,nt liked it much.
than opted for ufone than warid than ufone.
i biught almost 5-6 ufone numbers and 2 warid numbers.
1 zong number.
never went for jazz as it always do najaiz with it,s network quality.
though i bought 5-6 ufone sims till now one telenor one zong but my preferable network is warid in these 6 years.
using continuosly since 2007.
paying extra than other networks offer.
but what i am getting is setisfaction in call quality gprs and sms.
there is no one who is offering this simple and strongest quality network right now in pakistan.
now i am user of warid postaid.
and it,s the best network which is offering quality with great IDD call rates.
so sir it,s an advise stick to warid.
apko kisi aur ka maza nai ayega believe me it,s my personal exerience.
