please change the oil filter every time you change the oil, the 5VZ-FE block is tough but no matter what the engine you MUST replace the filter every time yo change the oil of your car in PK.

the 5VZ-FE engine is a tough block but i'd still suggest you change your oil filter every time you do an oil change as the filter (over time) will lose efficiency.

Hi i have suzuki swift, recommended grade by suzuki is 10W40, you recommended ZIC A+ but when i went to suzuki service centre for oil change and asked for zic A+ they told that it is not recommended for swift as it is thinner and not suitable in hot weather so use ZIC A( 5W40) .What is your take on this and also tell if ZIC A is ok and ZIC XQ has what grade ?

^^A+ does not suit local climate conditions in summers. 5w20 is not appropriate here. I'm not sure if A+ is still available in 5w30.

Dear S Swift engine is EFI and the engine clearance is very narrow
more over ask to Suzuki persons what oil is recommended by the japanees manufacturers and more over there is a wrong mythe about summer oil and winter oil it is wrong concept you should use ZIC A+ which is fully synthetic oil and solely graded by ILSAC GF-4

for LSD (limited slip differancial) use oil specific LSD oil but if u face dificulties regarding finding it then u can use it as it fulfill d requirement of its GL-5
Secondly i recommend u ZIC XQ FULLY SYNT. oil
