Hi
I am facing a big time issue with Honda Atlas and New CIVIC 2016 build quality. I complained about front driver side door not being aligned with rear one on 26th of November 2016.
Level of customer service that this issues is still not resolved.
The customer service number that they have given is picked up by none.
Honda City has been trying to get hold of Honda Atlas now for last two weeks and they cannot get hold of them.
At the price level of issues and the way their customer services is working I would say this company has very bleak future in Pakistan.
Shall I be writing a blog with details of the issue pictures and conversation with Honda guys so that everyone else who is planning to buy is fully aware that how they treat the customers ?
How quickly they attend to manufacturing faults ?
Or Shall I enter the legal way of going to consumer court for selling a faulty product ?
Do let me know if anyone is interested in seeing emails, messages, call records, whats app messages etc. before saying Honda is super fantastic thing and there is nothing wrong with that.
BTW this new Honda Civic was delivered in 16th of September and this is the situation.
