Yes, now Honda Atlas should come up with a solution although some how we are technically handling the issue in our daily day driving but they are taking so long to come up with the solution....... why Honda is not coming up with an updated map if aftermarket is successfully copping up with this issue???

after all the next gen technology is small engines being Turbo Charged (dopping) and Hybrid engines......

No there isn't any hondata dealers or services in Pakistan. I bought flashpro from the US and reflash the ecu myself. And I use Maxpower Motorsports (Township, Lahore) dyno if I need to. But it isn't required most of the time because flashpro has live data feed and data logging which you can use for further analysis.

What i've heard from some reliable source that honda has figured it out & applied it on certain vehicles on test basis. after that it will quietly start recalling. The person related to honda who's privy to me even gave me a clue(not clear cut) that they have recalled certain vehicles in their area too which are for test period & after it being proven will be applied to the existing ones in phased manner. this will surely be done in phased manner. it's for sure. like if they have set a target to recall 10 cars / dealership/month, they will do it by calling only to them, not making it publicly announced.

Yes that is true. I personally know someone who is going to Atlas in a few days to get his car updated for testing. But still it has taken honda a very very long time to acknowledge and work on the issue. Anyway, let's hope for the best outcome

i dont have unichip, u r getting confused between piggyback unichip and re-flash....i have removed the unichip and got the reflash which is done thru obd2 by tuning software which has nothing to do with unichip piggyback. My civic is not making more power than stock turbo civic, only made more torque on lower rpm where i used to get knocking. It's not going to damage the engine or engine life, as its properly tuned on factory ecu.

can you explain a bit of the re-flash results......are you able to avoid knocking on our regular RON...??? As you told earlier that after re-flash no knocking at all???.....is it on regular petrol???

Well i have not use the super yet only using HOBC mostly from Total, yes no knocking yet. I have filled Total super couple of time when HOBC was out of stock.

The way this CVT makes it goes to high speeds is far abrupt in comparison to old Prosmatec generations. And on top of that, the way you don't feel that speed because of the smoothness and stability is very impressive.

Same here. I just fill up with HOBC only. I don't understand the concept of mixing anyway. Why would you do it? HOBC in Pakistan is adulterated as it is, I wouldn't take any chances of further mixing it with super.

Hondata posted tweeking manual honda 1.5 turbo with following results on dyno.

Is pak cvt civic able to match or beat it?

what i think they are doing the final step & concealing just to avoid a sudden rush of turbos. so they are quietly calling the owners for updation & doing so in a slow & organized manner. if they make it public, in a single day so many turbos will get to them which will be difficult for them to manage & this recalling have no monetary value to dealership causing a loss because if they do it on majority basis, others which are source of income for them will have to be canceled which they can't tolerate atleast.

No our numbers will be lower than US numbers, even their stock 1.5T civic make good powers. @usman1texh what was ur stock dyno whp? As u dynoed on dynojet which is same as hondata using in US.
