The seats are indeed not completely leather. Just body contact patches are leather. But using a leather cleaner is alright

Its leatherite material or what mechanics call japanese leather. It is not leather but leather cleaners or seat cleaners work just fine.

Yes someone told you right. Honda atlas procures seats from a vendor Procon- a sub company of Master Foam.

They import PVC resins most probably from china from which they produce artificial leather.

I asked how and why. I meant that why to do it when extended warranty booklet is issued by Atlas? It should already be in their system. What is the need for adding it in their system again?

About "how", I asked it because I, finally, after a long wait got my own extended warranty booklet last week and wanted to know how, if required, the process needs to be done.

I have gone through same procedure just like yours. The Atlas Crooks are also getting rid of the customer pressure by giving them the long awaited warranty books without administering them in the system i got to know through some reliable source. The 3S Warranty Manager has the access to Atlas SAP to enter your car frame nob in the Extended warranty field in SAP, so i advised accordingly. Otherwise your extended warranty booklet is just a piece of paper. Mark my words Honda Atlas is getting dare devil.

Yeah they really are, based on my recent experience with them. Quality of management in Honda Atlas is seriously disappointing and utterly shady. Their only focus is to make as much money as possible with little concern, if any, for consumers.

Brothers i have very weird issue with my new Civic which Honda Fort is not able to resolve. My car is driven 1500Km and since day one it is whobling starting from 40kmph and gets smooth after 130kmph

Initially i tried changing the tyre pressure to 32 then 30 then 28 but didnt help, then I visited Honda fort for 1k service. and in total 3 visit for this issue they did all tyres balancing , refilled AC gas (It was overfilled), changed Coil / Plugs / Plugs cover but nothing helped. And now they are not willing to check any further and told me to keep driving for another couple of thousand KMs to see if it reduced or increased and then come back. Surely they just didn't want to put any more effort.

Its very annoying to drive brand new car with vibration at even 40-50kmph speed.

Requesting experts here pleas advice on what could be the cuase and how to resolve.

Are you running on BG Luxo tyres, some people have complained that these stock tyres are sometimes bent or damaged to the extent that no amount of balancing or alignment works to eliminate this problem. Quality isn’t consistent with General Pakistan.

If you have already changed tyres, there is a possibility that they are bent or damaged as well since most people buy smuggled ones which are prone to experience transportation damage specially the non container smuggled ones.

Last but not the least often the stock rim is also not upto the mark. One of my friends tried everything and ultimately found out the rims were at fault

First and foremost just swap rims+tyres with a friends problem free Civic for a test drive to see if it persists on those also. If it does then that would mean a mechanical issue
