OK guys, some more unofficial info.
NO import of Civic XI CKD at this time, " as of today ".
Civic X kits were imported BUT in lean production phase which basically means working towards change and reduced numbers/ production than normal.
The camouflaged Civic as seen is possibly a CBU. For full model change assembler do test the CBU units to "benchmark" and collect data points before they develop/ produce a CKD as prototype which includes parts from local supply chain. So, after few months you will/ might possibly see multiple Civic XI camouflaged vehicles and that would mean prototype CKD varaints for road testing, Depending upon the car assemblers, timeframes and schedules.
From CBU benchmarking to Prototype can take several months. CKD kits are normally imported @ N-2 or N-3. Here N means the month of launch, the 2 and 3 means the months. As no kits are imported at this time, means official launch is not in next 3 months. The prototype is normally at N-3 and produced from the first lot. As Pakistan is not a research and development facility and based on CKD, many local parts will already be under development via third party suppliers as the CBU was imported many months ago.
As discussed earlier, Atlas will do same pathetic approach of prebooking. I don't expect Civic XI on showroom floor before June/ July. I hope I am wrong. I hope we can get more clear close pictures of this camouflaged Civic along with registration number.
